Luxembourg NGO threatens court action over Google's Bissen data centre
Luxembourg's largest environmental NGO, Mouvement Écologique, is challenging the approval process for Google's planned hyperscale data centre in Bissen, threatening administrative court action over data secrecy, energy and water demand, and unused waste heat. The government backs the project as strategically vital; no final authorisation or Google go-ahead has been decided.
