A young Luxembourgish founder has raised €2.8mn at a €6.5mn valuation to build Clerk, an agentic legal AI workspace that aims to move beyond chatbots by giving lawyers a system capable of researching jurisprudence, analysing laws, calculating deadlines and drafting legal documents.
