France jails tanker captain in first criminal case over Russia's 'shadow fleet'
A French court convicted the captain of the Russia-linked tanker Boracay, intercepted by navy commandos off Brittany, in what is seen as Europe's first criminal penalty for obstructing the policing of Moscow's shadow fleet.
