Luxembourg construction prices have climbed 54% in a decade, Eurostat data show
Eurostat figures put the rise in Luxembourg's new residential construction prices at 54.5% between 2015 and 2025, above the EU average of 48.2%. The decade-long climb, driven by a 2021-2023 surge in material, energy and labour costs, is one of the forces behind a housing market where building has slowed and affordability has eroded.
