OECD finds Luxembourg trailing peers on anti-corruption strategy and lobbying oversight
The OECD's Anti-Corruption and Integrity Outlook 2026 finds Luxembourg has no national anti-corruption strategy, no body monitoring lobbying and no asset disclosure for ministers, judges or prosecutors, exposing a gap between strong rules and weak practice.
