Luxembourg work permit procedure for non-EU workers
Most non-EU nationals moving to Luxembourg for a job need their employer’s ADEM certificate, temporary authorisation to stay and, after arrival, a residence-permit card. Highly qualified workers may instead qualify for the EU Blue Card route.
